i find this great riding on shanes behalf cause he is also riding in a snaffle ... dont the other ride in harsher bits?

You would think there would be an exception to halt, fix it, and restart (with a minor deduction tacked on) rather than ruin a whole test for something really out of the ordinary. I'm fairly sure that no rule exists for such exceptions but it should. It's obvious the horse is bothered by something having nothing to do with the rider or temperament.

I worked for shane for a while and I asked them what happened...they never found out what it was! So Shit! Probably just a fly or something like that.

He is one of the best riders australias every seen! i hope to get instruction from him soon. i bet you'll never get to the olympics and win silver "Lassiesuca". his hands are perfect, his seat and posittion is that of a pure Pro.

its common for ppl to put cotton balls in thier ears regardless if they have a ear wig on or not.
Def looks like there was something in his ear annoying him

yerr i think it was probably an insect problem and yer you cant ride dressage in bonnets or ear wigs incase you try to hide plugs or cotton down the horses ear so they wont get spooked at noise etc.
