Predatory Lending - Banks Are Stealing Your Money

The Banks are stealing our money and our homes. Predatory lending laws and practices should be outlawed. Most of our congressmen and senators are doing little to stop predatory lending practices because their campaigns depend on big contributions from financial institutions that make money off of preying on American citizens. A small handful of public servants like John Edwards, Dennis Kucinich and Chris Dodd are sticking up for the American public and are working to abolish these unjust predatory lending practices. If all these banks are just ripping us off and stealing our homes, why do we continue having accounts with them. Why don't we all boycott the banking system and deposit all our money somewhere else that is not owned by this major corporation.

HSBC is really bad. They will foreclose you in a second. This is documented. They don't even own the home they foreclosed on. This is our government...If they are just using our money to bail out the very banks that are taking our homes then maybe we should stop paying our taxes too.

Plus the consumers goes after the greedy ceo and his family to make him and break him. I feel like that the banks need to look to help consumers, not hurt them.

I am feeling sorry for the poster below. OUCH, that is way to damn high for interest rate. Damn them bastards at HSBC. Rippin and stealin from us poor folks. No damn wonder that the economy is in the mess its in. Lets get together, lets have a revolution. Cut the heads of CEOS at the Banks along with VP, plus liquidating the assets. putting the money back toward public debt.

I've been fighting HSBC on my home mortgage which is currently at 15%. They will not do a modification for my family and I have made 5 attempts to refinance and was denied. There's an agenda with the US financial catastrophe. Corporation are controlling congress and stripping away our constitutional rights. IS there help for working families that pay taxes on top of taxes and now being attacked by banks. Where's the bailout for the citizens that are being attacked by the corporations
