  • 11 O'Clock Tick Tock is one of their best songs ever.

  • This was U2 at their best. Just great music and charisma. Now it is third rate songs and sun glasses

  • I agree they are just the same, until this footage I thought that maybe there was a time when they were less sure of themselves but iam clearly wrong ha ha ;o)

  • They really haven't changed in 30 years. They may have a bigger stage and a bigger audience, but at their core they are just the same as when they started out. Brilliant then and brilliant to this day.

  • whatever happened to this u2

  • It's true that Larry started the band, but early on Adam was the one who hustled the gigs. He would call pubs and clubs posing as a member of a band that was playing on a certain night, and tell them they had to cancel. Then he would call back later and tell say that his band were free to play that night. Friggin' genius!

  • i can't believe how f*cking brilliant this is! the Edge blows my mind...

  • I copied the whole concert about 20 Years ago on VHS. ;-) Obviously the most of the crowd never heard something about the band U2. In the beginning of the show just a few the audience slapped in their hands, dancing...it changed enormous during the concert....

  • Berlin, 1981-What a show!! They blew the roof off that place. Thanx Again for sharing this killer show with us.

  • Interesting watching this! The way Bono works the crowd and band are not so different even today. If you watch some of there DVD's the performances are quite simular throughout there career.
