48 RGB-LEDs as a screen magnifier

This is about half of my 10x10 RGB-LED-matrix already working. In the demo, I use it as a screen magnifier. A 10x10-image is captured from the picture beneath the mouse-cursor and sent to the matrix via RS232-bus. The matrix is currently running at 100 FPS.
