What if the whole world had a say in the 2008 US Presidential Elections? What would Africans say? What would LIBERIANS say?

This is a film I did after a young man in Liberia asked me, "Since the outcome of the elections has such an impact on the rest of the world, shouldn't we all get a say in the vote?"
