She"s so beautiful. Beautiful. Aquitania take me away & we'll all sail together forever.

She was scrapped, after 36 years of service, and two world wars she was so worn out she litterally had things starting to fall through her decks.

Beautiful tribute, and the color views are stunning. Cunard's remarkable Aquitania touched the lives of more than 1 million people throughout the world, during her 36 year career. Few ships in history have earned such a claim to fame. It's nice to see that interest in this great ship has grown with each new generation that has come since her passing. Fine tributes like this will help to perpetuate her memory well into the future.
