The 4 move checkmate can turn to the 5 move checkmate easily if you changed it to Qf3 cus once you do that you can go to B3 and then Bishop takes the F7#(If the King didnt move his E2 Pawn but most of the time they wont since they will be too caught up with the 4 move Checkmate

Wtf? You suck at this. your moving the opponents pieces. Play someone online and then post it.

On the four move mate, queen to f3 is better, i think. black attacks whites queen with the G pawn, forcing white to save it, resulting in either a 5 move checkmate, or black denying white the checkmate completely.

the first checkmate was 3 moves. it should be done the opposite.
