any evidence leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons

Reward Explanation:
$50,000 reward is offered by Toronto Police Service Chief William Blair for a witness to come forward to provide police with information that leads to the conviction of the killer(s). This reward has nothing to do with the Toronto Crime Stoppers program.
$25,000 reward is being offered by the family of Christopher Skinner. The terms of that reward are controlled by the family, and is not affiliated with Toronto Police Service or Toronto Crime Stoppers.
Rewards of up to $2000 are paid for anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers that help the police to prevent or solve a crime. The amounts of rewards and circumstances are reviewed for every tip received by the community Crime Stoppers board of directors. Anonymous tipsters are provided a tip id# and contact the program back after 1 month to ascertain their reward amount based on their tip# only (no name). A withdrawal transit # is provided to the tipster via phone or online and the tipster attends any TD Canada Trust bank branch in the Greater Toronto Area, presents the withdrawal # to the teller and receives the cash with no ID required.
@Birdsareloud
I don't believe it.
But i find some comfort in the fact that those who arent usually touched by things like this finally get a taste of what ppl i know been going through 4 years.
I care about this guy as much as you care about homicide number w/e.
It is what it is.

By suggesting his family would read it, what I really meant was I am part of his family. And believe it or not, we're not a family of racists that flip on the news and make assumptions like that.

@Birdsareloud
ooooooh, soooo scared....the family might be mad @ me. How will I ever sleep @ night now? LMFAO. I wonder how many times they watch the news, saw a black face and thought 'hey, lived by the gun, die by it...'. Now THEY'RE going through what so many have been through b4 them, but I'm suppost 2 feel sorry 4 THEM? I don't think so.
There's no such thing as a 'random crime'. These clowns violated somebody someway & ended up paying 4 it.
Oh well. 2morrow's another day.

Dundem187-
If you even bothered to watch the video you would realize that there were no guns involved and it was a completely random crime. He was a VERY honest and good person. Watch your fucking mouth, because you never know who's going to read what you say. In this case, his family.
