David Gergan on AC360 Oct. 27, 2008

A mash up of some of David Gergen's comments on Anderson Cooper 360 tonight, and he's right that the McCain campaign is in deep trouble if they're talking about Palin's wardrobe at this late date, and about the comments coming from the McCain campaign and the talking heads like the one that interviewed Biden the other day and how the Democrats should respond to them. I guess by their standards now, Ronald Reagan would be a Marxist or socialist as well.

Well put, David Gergan. The McCain campaign has been running purely on getting knee-jerk reactions from its voters. You never hear the MERITS of John McCain because he's too busy attacking his opponents. It's a shame, really. The more this campaign does it, the deeper they dig their own hole. I'm glad people like David are out there calling them on it. I'd really like to see an end of attack ads and sleazy campaigns.

Gov. Palin distrubutes money to Alaskans because they own the natural resources. Alaska is a Socialist state. Taxing citizens who can afford it when the economy is in turmoil worked for Reagan and Clinton. Was Reagan a Socialist?
