  • In North America the loan sharks are the credit card companies.

  • Precisely..that is what Thaksin has taught them. Blame Thaksin.

  • Our country gave money to us but its only for families and those who have lost jobs - if you've been unemployed here for a long time you get nothing. The US should take a hint from Thailand.

  • Thailand robbinhood Democrat party. Is better to helps poor. Take from Thaksin hand out more.

  • terrific reporting.

  • Thank you AlJazeera, this is great reporting.

  • That is what happen when Politics become the "Pharaoh". It happens. Poeple don't learn at all for centuries and centuries.

  • this is how you stimulate a economy , give it to the poor. then the poor will spend it straight away

not give it to big banks, so they can save it and earn interest

  • Nothing but vote buting! A desperate attempt by the Thai Democrat party to hold onto to power. I guess they have learned these sorts of political tactic well from the Taksin era. Shame!

  • thanks.
