  • Very nice program with Gregg Braden, who speak in a very simple way about important themes!

  • Forgiveness and compassion are the keys for avoiding serious sickeness and unfortunate situations in our lives. When you are compassionate and forgive, you give a proof of intelligence, because everything that we feel that hurts a lot and it is very agressive to us and stay inside our hearts will manifest itself in form of something later. This something can be a cancer, a car crash, etc.

  • It took me awhile to understand what true compassion is until I came across this definition. Compassion = unconditional acceptance. Especially for those who have awakened and know that they are god also and that we created earth to experience being human, it is all only an illusion. EVERYTHING is an illusion. Then forgiveness comes easily and so does compassion. First comes understanding it's an illusion, then compassion and forgiveness is a natural choice. Thank you Gregg & Robyn.

  • "Forgiveness is vital. It's necessary for us to move forward in our lives." ~ Gregg Braden

Understanding brings forgiveness. "Love thy enemy," Jesus said. He was giving us a suggestion for health and happiness in mind, body, and spirit.

We follow our passions. Do we follow love or hate?

We become our passions. Do we become what we hate or what we love?

Love is best. Live in love; it's the only way to fly.

  • if you understand the nature of sadness you can never be angry because anger causes hurt and sadness to others

  • 1. acknowledge and

    2. then have compassion for the sick s.o.b. that perpetrated the violence, right?

    3. taking precautions, logical and humane precautions always so as not to harm innocents?

I guess I need to work more on the second one... Many thanks for these videos. Will work on healing meditations. Wa-Do
