Hydroxycut FDA warning http://www.facelessfatloss.com I also reference soy products in this video: the two most important things to understand about soy is that is can be an enzyme inhibitor affecting protein digestion, as well as interfere with mineral absorption. Those two reasons alone are more than reasons enough to eliminate or seriously curtail soy consumption until you understand what soy can safely be consumed, and when. I'm not 100% anti-soy...just the quantity and forms most people have become accustomed to consuming.

Hydroxycut news, and my opinions on diet powders in general.

  • hay i used hydroxy cut and i did not have any side effects but i used the one that said hardcore but i stoped using it like a year ago

  • Lots of times the side effects are not readily noticable. Damage could be caused without the person feeling pain. That also applies to lots of other substances; the amount of time involved in testing is often limited. I'm glad you're ok. :)

  • what's next, banning alcohol and cigarretes?

  • Don't misunderstand...I'm not a fan of the FDA. There are alternative solutions to serious ills that the FDA will not even consider due to corporate financial interests. I could list many!

But the issue with the above product is that alcohol and cigarrettes are KNOWN toxins; people make the choice to poison themseleves. Hydroxycut is marketed as healthy and safe; if they labeled the liver-destroying aspects of the product, I'd support the product. "Informed consent" is what matters.

  • P.S. I am speaking only about the legal issues with the product...I still would never use the product myself. I meant that I'd support other people's CHOICE to make an informed decision. Everyone has the right to consume poisons if they wish, without interference, such as alcohol.

  • Facelss,

I really believe in your message. Thanks for your series! I am wondering.... I am lactose intolerant and have been for decades. I have been using organic soy milk daily on oatmeal and it seems to work OK. What suggestions do you have if soy interferes with digestion? Also, it goes to show you that even Hydroxicut without ephedrine is very dangerous!! Thanks again!

  • I would suggest unsweetened almond milk as an alternative, or unsweetened hemp milk. Oat milk is rather heavy, but that's a further alternative, as long as you don't have any grain issues (gluten can also be an issue here depending on how the oats were processed in the machinery). The idea with the soy is that western society is using WAY too much. I will try to cover this topic further in my free videos. There seems to be lots of demand for it.
