I've never played any of the Ace Combat games and I didn't expect this kind of music to be in them. The lyrics are kinda cheesy, but the arrangement is very beautiful.

@ZMcKowen Compared to Ace Combat 3, Shiina had a much bigger role in this soundtracks, composing about 1/3rd of the tracks and directing some others. That being said, it's definitely a standout in the series, even when comparing just what little Shiina did on 3.

And it seems every game he's a big part of tends to have one of these types of songs, whether it be My Tales or Holy Dream G or the like, and they always end up sounding majestic like you said.
