  • Yep...it's one of my favorite techniques. I normally use it from a plum position. When I'm tied up, I'll drop down and spin. It works 70% of the time. I'll also use it alot when I'm against the cage. You never want your head against the fence so I'll spin so my head is at their feet. Grab the leg and spin again and there you are.

  • @ussoldier19682009 Yes, one needs great speed and it seems risky for concrete or street surfaces. But it certainly looks cool.

  • Id have to agree.. in that moment on your back on the floor .. it does seem a little dangerous .. though, if done right the risk could be worth the reward!
