  • I believe that what you are saying is true! However, Freud was much the same way all of his theories came from him analizing himself. And we hold such regard for his work! I think Adler started out looking at his own life, but that was just the beginning. It just got him started on some really great ideas and study of psychology that broadened out to others.

  • Inferiority vs. superiority complex. I find Adler's theory especially interesting given that he was plagued with so many health/physical problems in his youth. In many ways his theory strikes me as very much a theory based on his personal experiences but has several valid points that I find very interesting. Good video.. wish I lived closer to learn more.
