@jake198777 The Christmas EP was really bland, sonically. Chuggy guitars for the sake of chuggy guitars will get the band nowhere - the way forward is not the way back.

its funny cuz even if a songs weak its still decent becuz its weezer hahaha, when i heard i want you to i was like fuck this shit, but after 2 weeks im pretty much hooked, ive heard a few other songs of the album its not that great so far

I agree with the fact that this song wont be a part of WEEZERS story but.... we still can enjoy this catchy and cute music that we will listen a few times on radio and in the soundtrack of another cuty-lil-movie! :D

personally i think raditude is a pretty weak weezer album. they have almost completely ditched that weezer sound that weezer fans love. honestly the christmas album illustrates their sound exactly. you can tell those are weezer songs just by how they sound. one big thing i have noticed is that the emotion is almost gone too. they can't pull off the whole nerd thing anymore because they are not anymore and it shows when they make crap like this. generic, pop, crap.

I agree, The emotion was what made Weezer special. When Rivers sang from the heart.

it seems to me like they are starting to go back to how they were with this new album. granted ive only herd the one song. but rivers has shaved his moustache and is going back to his "look". but thats just me. cant wait for the new album
