  • So is the real title "Kill Time" or "Idle In The Kangaroo Court W1"? Cause I've seen both titles being used. The same goes for "The Beautiful People Are Ugly Too"/"The Fullham Connection".

  • As far as I know, Mick Jones has confirmed Idle as being the correct title, same with the Fullham Connection. I don't "know" that though. I myself prefer these names, so I use them.

  • i love it.....what a melody.....and i love how mick is infront of the rest of the band LMAO what a dick

  • this is not a great outtake didnt even make it on black market....long time jerk NOW THERES A SONG THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE ALBUM

  • yeah, this would be great if it was remixed with less Steel drum effect, just splashes of it every so often with instrumental compliment from drum and bass. Bring up Joe's vocals and introduce some of mick's chord work to strengthen and give it some grit. Sounds like Joe's experiementing not enough of the Joe passion.

  • from wikipedia

A kangaroo court or a kangaroo trial, sometimes likened to a drumhead court-martial or Drumhead trial, is a sham legal proceeding or court. Kangaroo courts are judicial proceedings that deny due process in the name of expediency. The outcome of a trial by "kangaroo court" is essentially determined in advance, usually for the purpose of providing a conviction, either by going through the motions of manipulated procedure or by allowing no defense at all.

  • Well, since it is Idle in THE kangaroo Court(rather than Idle in Kangaroo Court), it leads me to believe it refers to a kangaroo court....But I don't really know.
