mine says this MANANA does not exist in the specified file (error 428) what do i do

ı did the same! but the car isnt in the game :/ ı tryed to do corvette police car overvrite to the lspd police car in sami ı finish everything and it wrote 'DONE' when ı open the game the police cars are same! what can ı do

FINALLY I GOT IT TO WORK I UNINSTALLED AND INSTALLED THANK YOU SO MUCH BUT !!!!!!!! IT KEEPS CRASHES I UNINSTALLED IT BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING PS I USE WINDOWS 7 64x bit ON LAPTOP AND ON WINDOWS XP IT CRASHES ASWELL
