@mrql123 Most estimations (for my country Canada anyway) homes are overvalued by 29%...I consider that a very conservative estimate. I would say there are at least 60%v overvalued. Homes were not always this expensive realtive to wages. I will hose down home prices with more HG2000 as soon as I get another barrel. Then you can borrow some. Until then try using 10W-30 Castrol.

However, it's almost impossible to pay for mortgage, bills, health insurance and children expenses with just one job. Unfortunately, mothers have to work to make ends meet. As far as those who hire a nanny when they can afford to stay home and care for them...shame of them.

It's amazing when guys start to bash women it's a joke, but when someone throws it back in their faces, they into the "stop making us feel guilty" mode. Get over yourselves! There are evil people in both genders. Men built while women stayed home and took care of home and children, which was also important.
