Once again, MAJOR spoilers to those who haven't seen the movie. To those who haven't: SEE IT!
Only my 2nd mv, but again it was one I had to make - Rolling Stones go with Martin Scorsese gangster movies as well as butter goes with bread. But I couldn't make a Gimme Shelter one, already been done. So I decided to go along with Undercover of the Night. Took longer than i thought, but i hope you still enjoy it!

Since making this vid i have become a HUGE fan of Infernal Affairs, the original hong kong film that the departed was based on, but the departed also still remains a classic to me because of martin scorsese's dinstinctive style. i'm glad you like the vid, anyway - it was a great break from my dr who stuff, imo!

Wow! Betcha Scorsese himself would even be proud of this, If I had his email I'd send it to him. If Undercover didn't come out in the early 80's u would almost think this was the original vid for it.

There's a ton of Departed music videos on here. This one is probably the best, as far as I'm concerned. Great use of clips, great syncing of the sound and the visuals. As a fan of both Scorsese and the Stones, I must say. an all-around great job.

cheers paul! i do need to make more stones vids, that's for sure. soon as a good enough idea comes up, i'll get right on it! (i still won't make a gimme shelter/departed vid tho, simply because it's been done a LOT on youtube.)
