A tip for conditioner I heard is that you're supposed to rinse it out with cold water. It locks the moisture in better. Rinsing out conditioner with hot water ruins the whole point of it.

Dandruff is a genetic thing in my family because we have thick coarse hair. I use head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner sometimes along side panteine pro-V moisture. But I was wondering if you had any health care tips for keeping dandruff away from long hair?

Wow, your hair is so pretty! :) I know what you mean by getting the tangles underneath, its so annoying! I always get a big tangle when I wake up in the morning, it sucks... do you know how to prevent that? Do you sleep in braids?
