主料 / 羊肉 300g、枸杞 50g、紅棗 50g、山藥 100g、薑 1根、蒜苗 1根、香菜 1根
調味料 / 酒 2大匙、醬油膏 1大匙、糖 1/2茶匙、雞粉 1茶匙
做法
1、薑切條、羊肉切塊,蒜苗切末、山藥切小塊,備用。
2、薑先爆香,再放入羊肉炒出香味後,加入紅棗、3碗水、酒,蓋上鍋蓋悶煮約15至 20分鐘之後,放入山藥、入蠔油或醬油膏、糖、雞粉調味之後,再放入枸杞。
3、將湯汁收乾後,裝入砂鍋中,放入蒜苗和香菜即可。
