This man had his son stolen in Missouri in an attempted unethical adoption. He took it to his states Supreme Court and won unanimously. Then the local Jackson County Family court in Kansas City Missouri directly defied Missouri's Supreme Court and just gave his kid away for adoption again even though Missouri's Supreme Court had already ruled they couldn't. THIS IS COMPLETELY FREAKING OUTRAGEOUS. It really shows the strangle hold that adoption attorneys and adoption lobbies have on justice in the United States today. If lower courts don't have to obey higher courts our entire legal system is of no worth whatsoever and the United States cannot operate as a civilized society. If our courts are non-functional then the only realistic option for justice left is vigilante justice via the second Amendment. It is truly disgusting that in the United States many of today's government authorities hate our Constitution and Bill of Rights, hate our founding fathers, and hate our democracy. This is the same tyranny that our founding fathers spoke about in the Declaration of Independence and just as they said in that declaration-- as citizens we have not only the right--- but the duty to stop it. This situation should serve as a grave reminder to all citizens, that all elections whether national or local are of utmost importance in the United States today. From Washington to our local officials-- it is time to throw the bums out.
