Kundalini can be classified into three parts: the core, the fire, and the energy. As in the figure, the core of the Kundalini is the Kundalini itself. The core of the Kundalini is the last part that moves. It can only move after the sushumna is open quite wide and is clean. The cleansing is actually done by the fire of the Kundalini.
Kundalini is no ordinary energy. In the words of The Hatha yoga It is a pure and divine vital energy.

@PanteraFistPrint Physical problems heal when the heart is open. Again, you don't need to focus on chakras, chakras just operate on their own as you live your life, they will operate in a correct way when the heart chakra is balanced, which is basically if you're living your life the way God intended (heart centred life). Our path to God is rooted in human relationships; so charity, sacrifice, loving our neighbour, our enemy etc. This is when healing can begin my friend. Peace

@PanteraFistPrint don't forget to ask in Jesus name, there's only one redeemer, because no one else has spilled their own blood for you. Don't focus on chakras at all, focus on doing what's right. Chakras sort themselves out, when you're living in the correct way.

@nevernextdoor1 I do that. Pray to god every day that im alive. I focus on my chakras being open to god and allow him to give me insight and wisdom. It takes self healing and releasing of these burdens to truly experience any of what they explain in this video, without repercussions. Ask and you shall receive

@PanteraFistPrint well, these practices were kept secret by ancient yogis for many years, and with good reason. The heart must be open first, if the heart isn't functioning properly, you're inviting disaster. The heart will only open when the soul recognizes it is burdened with 'debt' that needs forgiving, hence the purpose of a redeemer. A redeemer is not just Christian teaching but yogic too. Start your spiritual path with prayer, through Jesus' name, and ask for guidance

@nevernextdoor1 love how your so strongly devoted to god "amen", but I am not religious at all I just believe in god and jesus. They say jesus upon a journey possibly meditationally went into the depths of hell to save the souls of those who kept their faith through trial to god. All must be given, I believe. I tried this kundalini I only tried it for a brief number of seconds and began an expierience like so unimaginable, but with god in mind and I almost started crying cuz it was amazing.

@Staffo420 2) cont..... therefore all I'm saying is Jesus spilled blood is what counts. A hindu guru may try to take the burden of their 'disciple's debts when they have agreed they're truly repentant and ready to receive initiation etc. But, a guru is just a guru, no sacrifice has been made on his part to give him any authority to do such a thing, and it has to be a fair deal, as ALL scripture, whatever you belive in agrees that God is just in all matters. I hope you'll consider that.

@Staffo420 Thank you my friend, For my own conscience though, I have to make this clear as I must take responsibility for the things I'm 'advocating'. I have studied many religions, however I am a Christian and as such, I do believe that the path to God is yes, from the heart, but I believe the heart only truly opens when we ourselves 'feel' forgiven for our own debts. We cannot say to ourselves, I forgive myself. We need to 'ask' for it and it's Jesus that has provided that 'trade-off'.
