Joel David Rifkin is an American serial killer convicted of the murder of nine women (although it is believed he killed as many as 17), mostly drug addicted prostitutes, between 1989 and 1993 in New York City. Although Rifkin often hired prostitutes in Brooklyn and Manhattan, he lived in East Meadow, a suburban town on Long Island.

  • just listen to the way this guy talks and remembers his acts....he even has a slight smile on his face all the time, as if all of his killings were a movie instead of real life....no conscience

  • Every single state should have the death penalty even if they only mete it out to heartless scum like this.

  • This is sick..

  • meh... if yo can say one good thing for the guy, i guess, you could say that he was indiscriminate about whom his victims were.

  • that make me snicker a little.. " Hey, at least he's not moping. He's out there doin' something" I'm sick.

  • @jitterbug121

They have emotions, just no empathy.

  • Nice job cops. Can't even catch a guy when he's right in front of you.

  • @zaccosekk i'm sorry but your comment didn't really make much sense to me, and i'm not really sure where i implied that i was normal. could you possibly explain what your comment meant? maybe i just don't get what you're saying.

  • @iamjeona I am amused? My own sanity? What is insane "hard thinker" so you think you are normal. LOL

  • @zaccosekk good question...just looking at the two words that are in the word insane, i'm guessing that it may mean that you go into your own sanity & exclude anything else. i'm thinking that there usually is something else that is comorbid with that which results in irrational thinking, outside the norm. defining what is sane & what is not is in many ways similar to what is good & what is evil. spending too much time in your own mind would affect my sanity. that's just my personal opinion..???
