Playing for Change - Feliz Navidad

Hello Playing For Change Family,

As 2011 draws to a close we are looking back on what has been an incredible year for Playing For Change, and for our partners at the Playing For Change Foundation. We released our second album

of Songs Around the World, and the PFC Band performed shows on four continents, spreading the energy and the message of Playing For Change everywhere they traveled.

And the PFC Foundation

currently supports seven programs around the world-- in villages and cities in West Africa and Nepal to a township in South Africa, children are learning music and experiencing the joy and inspiration of self-expression. Music is truly transforming lives, whether it's a performance educating girls and their families about the dangers of human trafficking in Tintale village, Nepal; a student learning the craft of building an instrument in Mali; or a young person in South Africa or Nepal using music and dance to overcome the challenges of poverty and war. And they are just getting started! PFCF plans to establish more programs in 2012, including one in the Untied States...

Thank you for helping Playing For Change and the Playing For Change Foundation spread love and music far and wide this year! This holiday video was recorded live in Brazil, and is dedicated to each and every one of you. Let's celebrate our time together on this earth and work towards creating a better future for everyone.
