Hi from sunny South Africa
We also have a 1500 Vulcan and man, she gives us so much joy! Personally, (tramping on toes here, sorry)I believe the Vulcan is the bike that the Harley wants to be! We have 12inch Cobra shotgun pipes and man, those horses! Enjoy! Life begins at 40!!!

can you send me the part numbers for the hypercharger, jetting kit, and pipe's......that was the best and meanest sounding vulcan I have ever heard. I want to do the same to mine. What did you do to dummy the air filter on the other side?

@megapurt Don't have numbers. The pipes are Cobra Longshots, The Kuryakyn Hypercharger is the same for all bikes. The jet kit, call the dealer. You may have to experiment with the jet kit, I did. My bike is carbureted not fuel injected.

airborne,
Thanks for the response about your bags. What kind of bag supports are under the bags? I'm trying to find supports that will work correctly.
Tks, fasteddie

@fasteddie841 Metal rod bent in the general shape of the bag keeping them off the fender and tire. Very basic. Then simple zip ties are holding them to the metal rod frame.

Great sound. I noticed your bags on your 1500. What kind are they and are they quick release. I'm having a tough time finding bags that will fit my classic without rubbing everything? Tks, Eddie

@fasteddie841 Hi - The bags came with the bike when I purchased it used. I am not sure what brand. They are basic cheapy bags and they are attached with black zip ties. They function quite well.
