Roilo Golez filed at 2:52 pm today, November 30, 2009, his Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for reelection as Congressman of the Second District of Paranaque. Golez said his candidacy is founded on his legislative record as the principal author of several landmark measures especially the Climate Change Act of 2009, his 100 % perfect attendance record in sessions, and his solid infrastructure and constituency program:
1. The construction of the most number of school buildings and the concreting of the most number of streets in Paranaque history.
2. The construction of the most number of covered courts in Paranaque history.
3. PGH medical assistance program for indigents.
4. Free burial assistance for indigents.
5. Hundreds of scholarships for indigents, and;
6. 365 days a year visibility and accessibility in his district.
