I started to cry, because no one has ever told me it was okay to be shy. Everybody, even my family has told me being shy was a bad thing. I've been always trying to find ways to stop being shy, but none of them seemed to work. I am just like the girl in the video. i always feel like people are judging for it, and I always feel like that's why guys don't like me. Thank you so much for your advice!!

This video is motivating, but I think you're wrong. I don't think this lady knows what she's talking about... you can have self-love even if you think negatively. I bet that 21 yr old girl has finished college, has a good job, takes care of her body through excercise or sport and probably eats right. Is that not self-love? It is... therefore she doesn't know what she's talking about. Self-love is not just your thoughts, it's in your actions and you can love yourself even if you think negatively.

I had problems with shyness, and I didn't have a boyfriend for a while, but I found that if you just offer a guy you like a free blowjob, you can reel him on in.

@Czarrvalen WOW... I thought about deleting this comment, but it is probably the most truthful post and really reflects what girls think they need to do in order to get the guy. Cuz if she's not, then someone else will. Call me a prude, but I think this is the saddest thing. Everyone's trying so freaking hard to be "all that" and so sexy instead of just being real and letting relationships just evolve and grow over time.
