Wow, I've been debating on whether to do pole fitness or to do aerial silks. This video has made me come closer to the result :)
(Though I'm completely unflexible)
Do aerial silks work the abs? I do wish to get toned!

You continue to amaze and inspire me, lady! You should hit me up if you are going to be in the DC or triangle area - I would love to see you preform live!

I'm going to miss seeing you at CRF but this is such an amazing performance. I wish I could do stuff like that.

Hi Jana, I'm starting aerial silks two months ago and I decided buy and install it in my house, but when I started to use my tissue I thing it was to elastic... If you dont mind me asking: Did you any time had this problem? How can I fix it and make more firm? Thank you.
BTW You rock on tissue! Love your videos, keep doing it, You are an amazing artist! Thank you for sharing your performance!

@desisto007 Hello! Thank you for your kind words! I wish I knew how to help you, but as far as I know, there isn't a way to make strechy fabric more firm. I think either you have to get used to it being very elastic, or you should order new fabric. I like the 40 dernier nylon tricot fabric from Susan at the Fabric Depot. If you google, Susan fabric depot, her website should come up. The fabric should be somewhat elastic to help take the impact off your body in a drop. Good luck! :)

How much did your rig cost, If you dont mind me asking.
Timarie88 1 year ago
@Timarie88 Hi! I don't mind your question! The rig was $3000.00, and I would recommend this rig to anyone, it's the best free standing rig out there. Made of aluminum, so it's light weight. Breaks down small enough to easier fit in a pick up truck, east to set up, easy to tear down, and totally free standing! No stakes or cables needed. Trevor Boswel makes them at wx3 (dot) trapezerigging (dot) com Happy climbing!
