you don't need the legs. I know a operson who had esclerosis. She took a chinese doctor that give her herbs and teeached her the sirting in a chair "standing" meditation. She did it for 5 hours a day . 3 years later she was swimming

yeah the youtube version loses audio, but the audio works at spike tv
