the truck was probably shit anyway by the sounds of it, or worth more as scrap than sold. why not have fun with it? it's just going to be compacted into a cube and melted downanyway

yup, I think this is part of the cash for clunkers? engine in the vehicle must be destroyed.
Ive seen other vid's of guys pouring some abrasive slurry into the crankcase and running them till they seize.
