Yay! I have sailed in these very cats (if they are the ones from the south sands cat school). Have you seen the ones with the red and white sails that they have? I like the multicolour sail one the most (I have gotten to know their personalities!) even though it gave me a fibreglass splinter. I have been sailing there for the last ten ish years each summer. Well filmed by the way; you got some really good close ups. Were you in a boat? How did you keep so steady? Sorry so many Qs.
Yes the cats were hired fron South Sands Sailing School. I was filming from a small inflatable and as I was on my own the tide kept sweeping me towards Salcombe town. Keeping steady - the camera is a Sony handycam which comes with a steady shot feature and it'salso ust a matter of keeping the camera on wide angle as much as possible. Any level of zoom increases the error. Pleased you like it.
