Max Hit in Runescape - by a level 33

This video was made before the constitution update(just look at the upload date)

This video shows Aeons Decay hitting 150 damage on a steel titan when he was 33 combat. You need 46 range, ruby bolts(e), and a steel titan to hit in order to do 150 damage. The ruby bolt special drains 10% of your hp and does 20% of their hp. Since steel titans have 750 hp you can hit 150 damage on them with the special.

u can hit 2k or 200 without update, max hit but now its capped at 50 or 500
