@DanielleandGIR Nooo, he's just on his period...lol, sorry sorry, I couldn't help myself. It's actually just paint, that's all :) It mostly helped to parodize Psycho since there's blood in that scene in the film and they needed someway to recreate it (they can't exactly have real blood now, can they?)
