Thank you, uzi, for pointing out it is not a sawed off, but in fact a cut down Winchester. Blast you, commentary, for getting it wrong!

  • The black guy did not use a shotgun as you say.He is carried a sawed off lever action Winchester in .45 long Colt. GREAT MOVIE.

  • @moparmadness1 Thanks, however, this was discussed over a year ago as you can see below. Thanks for watching!

  • Good review, but why the change of review style?

Do you think you'll keep doing your reviews like this?

  • Thanks. I threw out my shoulder, so I can't properly do my hair and therefore look like crap, haha. It's also really hard to get dressed because I can't comfortably raise my arm above waist level--drinking is a feat in itself. It's basically the same kind of info I've been doing all along, I'm just not in visually in them. Not sure if I will keep it up or not. It's easier in the sense I don't have to depend on light, but gathering clips can be tedious. :-/

  • classic. I want to rate this a million stars!

  • Only after I rate YOU a million stars, Martin ;-)

  • Fantastic. Admittedly, in the past I've been guilty of passing over your reviews week by week but I see now that I was wrong in doing so. Great review of a magnificent film.

  • An amazing review for possibly the best western ever made. Great Job.

  • fantastic review,i think i can make a good movie just on the way you crituqe this.

  • Great description and narration of the movie.

  • @TheRoughCuts

    hows your shoulder?

  • @jaggarjaggarjaggar , I mean no disrespect to Mr.Strode.Now that I know is name..My comment was not meant to be a derogatory toward Mr.Strode I just didn't know his name.Thats all. We still friends?

  • @moparmadness1 show respect. the black you refer to is Woody Strode; one of the first Blacks in the NFL. went on to become a fine actor. You wouldn't call Jerry Lewis a jewish guy.

  • Fantastic review of the film.

Artistic, great music, awesome plot development that tells a cogent story, actually quite a bit of depth to the story... Not just mass produced junk that with CGI that attempts to shock and awes the audience with nudity, sex, or controversial themes etc.

Modern film is like modern music, paintings, sculpture, architecture, literature (all the arts). It simply wants to dazzle you with effects and controversy, but really isn't all that creative.
