@louietheduke I don't even think of this as country music. It's actually funny that you would say that, because when Patsy was originally approached with the song she blew it off as a "silly little pop song".

I love Patsy Cline...her life story makes me want to cry..back then...women just kept on "walking after midnight"...perhaps looking for a bit of comfort and happiness...I do hope she found peace in her music--I CERTAINLY GET GREAT JOY FROM IT

been hearing my grandmother singing this song and crazy at our karaoke/family reunions since i was four, and have had them memorized since then too. but its just so much better when Patsy sings them.

This tune and "Crazy" are great if Patsy's singing them.
Every other girl-singer in the world doing them is just cliche.
