@zzcoolfun This is to show you how it is broken down, not to show it in actual action. I'm sure the receiver of the blow doesn't want to have a bruise for your entertainment. If you want it in full speed, pony up and spar with someone trained in these techniques.

Why would you want him to execute the technique at full speed ? To test how proficient he is ? What for ? They give you a basic idea of a useful technique to practice and it`s up to you whether or not you`re going to do that. Trying to undermine someone`s credibility is not the way to you improve your own fighting skills ( i mean, if that`s the way why you came here ). Sure, there are better and worse ideas, but it`s up to one`s logic to sift through them and pick those useful ones.
