Please note this bag was purchased from Modalu London in the spring when it was still called the Bristol - right before it sold out and went to preorders as "the Pippa". Modalu has made some changes to later produced bags, including adding feet. This was also one of the bags which had a problem with color change. Modalu let me know the problem has been fixed.
@rramirez251 Hi yes I did have shipped to the US. I paid shipping directly to Modalu and a small foreign transaction fee was charged by my cc. I did have to sign for the package but there were no additional fees.
I am so glad I found this video! I just ordered the Toffee, I may go back for the Shark color!! I can't believe someone is actually telling you , it is a fake korean bag! What nerve, sheesh!! Anyway Thanks again, great video :)
i just ordered the brown croc online from the actual Modalu site. Based on the features they have I don't think u actually got urs from them. Yours doesn't have feet nor does it come with a longer strap. I think maybe you got urs from a Korean site? Just guessing...but urs is still pretty nice and I guess it comes down to the quality and urs probably wont last as long as the real one over time.
@3renie Hello! No, this bag was ordered directly from Modalu in the UK right before they renamed it the Pippa (I ordered online as the Bristol). The feet were added later. I recently contacted Modalu because my original bag (the one shown in this video) began to fade. Their customer service was excellent and they told me that there was an issue with the earlier Shark bags changing color. They sent me out a replacement bag very quickly. I have already received my new bag and it has the feet.

@3renie They did :) Their customer service was excellent and they were so friendly and helpful. They told me that the issue with the color has been fixed. I'm uploading a quick video of the two together... the only differences I've noticed are the addition of feet and a shell detail on the zipper for the middle compartment.
They recently raised the price too on this bag, in Shark. It was about $60 less expensive a few months ago. Disappointing. With how much shipping is, I'm no longer interested. :-(
