It wasn't Bush's fault that La Governor and NO mayor waited 36+ hours after the disaster was declared & 12 hours after Bush called (to practically beg them to evacuate). It wasn't Bush that left over 500 buses in the parking lots. It wasn't bush that waited 24 hours to decided on which federal plan to sign off on.
