@Primusbumbum after exchanging that one and testing out another, the problem persists. so in the end I bought a IPS panel monitor instead for 255 dollars lol.

@auesr You're right. It should not be noticeable. I don't have the problem you are having, so you might want to exchange that with a new one.

@Primusbumbum hi, i bought this monitor today, but i have noticed that the edges of the screen is significantly brighter than the center, i know the monitor uses edge-lit lighting but it shouldn't be noticeable right?

I measured this monitor with a ruler it is 17mm thick without the stand. Or should I say 1.81 iphone 4 thicknesses.
