Winnipeg-Here are a few reps from several of Crystal's workouts in early January. The first one was 8 minutes of 5 ground to overhead at 95 lb. + 15 knees-to-elbows, and the second was 3 rounds of 25 wall-balls + 25 burpees.http://www.crossfit204.com
