Homemade Vegetable Soup {Featuring Sous-Chef: Deacon}

Here is the vegetable soup that I made for dinner last night... I am anxious to have it again for lunch! Super yummy and WAY healthy! With the new year there is a mass amount of people trying to health it up- this is right up your ally!
My husband said "wow, this is good... gotta be honest, I was not looking forward to this dinner!" I have to love the honesty! lol but even a man liked it! (-;

(and Deacon did get to eat! if you watch my "Organic Living on a Budget wk 3" you can see how I served him!)

Deacon is..............ADORABLE!!!! Soup looks super YUMMY! Lots of good nutrition in there! Makes me want to make it IMMEDIATELY! Especially in the COLD, SNOWY weather we've been having!
