This music is a reminder of when our dear country was lovingly lively. May God return Nigeria back ti its lost glory. Please can we possibly have IBINAGBO also. And please parfon me if I didn't get the correct spelling because am an Igbo man.

Goodness, this is a Master Piece. I've been searching for this piece all around the Globe. Someone brought it to my birthday Party few years ago and said it was by Rex Lawson, everyone got up on their feet. Now I know its Seagulls. What is Atabala? Thanks Seagull for playing at my dad's Celebration of Life last year, did I miss this? too much going on. Thanks Grove for sharing.

There also used to be a mid-70s pop group known as "Cloud 7", from Eastern Nigeria, I think. They were the next sensation after the "Ofege", who emerged in 1975. They had one really successful album with the track "My Beautiful Woman" (1976). Perhaps you might stumble upon it and post? Thanks!
My God..... Seagulls band of Portharcourt.... they are from my region and used to play with the late Cardinal Rex Jim Lawson.... This is lovely..... Pls post 'Atabala Woman' and 'Anthony Sokosoko' and other Rex Lawsons if you have them... thanks Groovemonzter

If you read the comments there was an interesting discovery of the real artist. The CD atributes these songs to Emmanuel Vita but we found out differently..
