@Yoshoku Nope, but the weather in New England constantly changes and when it doesn't. Stuff like this happens. A couple years back we had a big snow storm. (I happen to live in Warwick so I saw the flood unfold. People were flooded out of their houses for MONTHS) I've lived in RI all my life and I'll tell you that we exactly don't get the best of luck. We ether get stuff that's disastrous or little drizzles theirs never a middle.
