  • @alansully4 i completely agree. but the MLS is very young compared to the leagues all throughout Europe. With that said, the academy teams are still relatively new and only produce a few quality players good enough to compete at this level. (which isnt very high) The MLS just needs time and more dedicated fans. Plus, why not play for a D1 school, travel the country, and still earn a degree?

  • MSL is a joke, no pride or history in franchises and this drafting business is ridiculous. clubs need to produce their own players. An example of this is Barcelona who are by dar the best club side and most of their team came through their youth teams and joined the club at 14 or so!
