@fastman275 religion is a way of life, and if parents don't want children learning to have sex for pleasure then they should be allowed to have that choice. Better just to teach them about sex and not condoms or birth control or any of that. We aren't ignorant, rather, we just have a different view on what is morally right, and we are entitled to have this right.

From what I remember the class was optional, parents choice. So all i see is minority group trying to push their beliefs on others. If Parents disagrees then by all means teach your children yourselves . Schools are there to teach facts, the fact is teen pregnancy jumps significantly without Sex Ed. Take a Look at Texas and their Abstinence-Only failure.

Are they fucking retarded? If you teach kids how sex works in Biology, and popular media teaches them that sex feels good, They're going to fucking do it. It would be a stupid move on the part of everyone involved in the student's education to not inform them about safe sex.
