  • So I put the avocado in the in the paper bag with the tomato two hours ago and it is still not ripe! HELP!

  • un muscolo riscaldato è un muscolo più flessibile perchè nella fase di riscaldamento aumenta il battito cardiaco, aumenta la temperatura corporea, aumenta l'afflusso di sangue ai muscoli e quindi diminuisce la viscosità dei muscoli e del liquido sinoviale. l'aumento della temperatura corporea facilita le reazioni biochimiche che consentono la liberazione di energia indispensabile per la contrazione muscolare. eseguite una buona fase di riscaldamento della durata di almeno 20 minuti.
