You missed out specifying \\SERVER\Profiles\%USERNAME% in ActiveDirectoryUsersComputers under each user's Profile tab. That video
is not going to work. User logging on from XP, Vista client computers
will still get a Windows could not find your local profile logging you on
with a temporary profile.

@TorchwoodElectrics When u receive this domain not available error message? Is it during logon? If it is, log on using administrator account and rejoin domain. Or if u have administrator privilege, fix the time synchronization from the desktop you tried to login with your net time server, which is usually your own domain contoller.

@ganjo31 should be using the same way in Active Directory by settings Group Policy.correct me if i am wrong

how can i create restrictions on the workstation from the server
-
it is a cool feature, but it takes around a minute for the desktop to load since it is pulling it up from the server. I have around 30 users on the network with folder redirection and it's really slow. I think changing to local profile. Thanks

So if I had a thousand workstations connected to this server and I create a roaming user profile, I could log onto any of those workstations and my desktop/files will follow me wherever I go?
