Spin about. I suppose this is also pretty close to 3-years spinning.

  • any tips on explaining :39-:41? cant understand!

  • @tori579 you're in split-time butterfly with one hand up and the other down. You'll know your timings right when they both meet at the same time at your chest. Bring them both behind you to one side and just keep them their to get a feel for split-time in that position. Then back to infront of you. Then bring them behind your other side and hang out there to get a feel for it. Eventually you can cut down on the beats.

  • @tori579 also..to get the timing right. Swing your wrists in a slightly over-exaggerated left-to-right-to-left motion rather than the usual up and down for same-time butterfly.

  • MMMMmmmm i like what your doing at 3.15 your anti spin head orbit hybrid thinger i have been trying to get that for a while to be able to film.

    awsome skills

    i love your dance xx

  • I got really lucky with that take. I still hit my arm and face a lot with that one. I was pleased to get two full iterations of it in. Sigh...still trying to get more groovy with my poi. Glad you liked. I'm amazed by how much music makes or breaks my 'flow.'

  • Sickkk ^,^ The weird part is... your style is beginning to look like what mine is beginning to look like *-*

  • There's still some of your butterfly extension stuff I'm trying to work on and all of your handles work...yeesh. :)

  • dude, what is the name of that song??? Love it. You look pretty awesome too. (Hubby, son, and I have been spinning for five months)

  • Thia video was amazing! really fun to watch

  • Love it! But one comment... I'd love to see better footwork. Move body movement. Really use your feet and head to help explore you're poi. I've noticed I've had to focus more on this lately. It truly adds to the experience.

  • maybe...

  • I definitely vote small alien aircraft. But really, it was probably an insect zooming by close to the lens.
